A world leader in aviation, Emirates has chosen Bahrain as the site of the first flight of its state-of-the-art Airbus A350 aircraft. Emirates is set to revolutionize the travel experience for customers throughout its network with the addition of 10 A350s to its fleet by March 31, next year.

Emirates Unveils Bahrain as an Inaugural Destination

Emirates, a global leader in aviation, has set its sights on Bahrain as the debut destination for its cutting-edge Airbus A350 fleet. With ten new A350s slated to join the Emirates fleet by March 31 next year, the airline is poised to redefine the travel experience for passengers across its network.

In the coming months, Emirates will strategically deploy its latest aircraft type to nine carefully selected destinations. This move reflects the airline's commitment to growth and innovation while aligning with Dubai's economic agenda, which aims to expand the city's global trade footprint by integrating an additional 400 cities into its network over the next decade.

Enhanced Passenger Comfort

The design of the new Emirates A350 aircraft prioritizes passenger comfort and satisfaction. Featuring three cabin classes—Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy Class—the A350 promises a superior travel experience for passengers of all preferences.

Travelers flying with Emirates to Bahrain will get a sneak peek at their revamped Business Class cabins and Premium Economy offering. The launch of these upgraded cabin amenities further demonstrates Emirates' dedication to providing an exceptional experience for its passengers and raising the bar for premium air travel.

Expanded flight options to Bahrain

Emirates will initially operate the A350 on its daily EK839/840 service to Bahrain, starting September 15. Due to high demand and positive reception, the frequency of A350 flights to Bahrain will increase to cover two daily services, with the second service commencing on November 1.

Emirates Leadership Perspective

Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Airline, expressed his excitement about the A350's role in shaping the future of air travel. He highlighted the aircraft's superior operating efficiency and flexibility, which will enable Emirates to serve regional destinations with unmatched convenience and reliability.

Strategic expansion into key markets

Following its debut in Bahrain, the Emirates A350 fleet will rapidly expand its footprint to other key markets. Kuwait will become the second destination for A350 service, starting September 16, followed by Muscat on December 1. Additionally, India will join the A350 network on October 27, with flights to Mumbai and Ahmedabad. In Europe, Emirates will reintroduce flights to Edinburgh on November 4, followed by Lyon and Bologna on December 1. These strategic additions to the Emirates network will enhance passenger connectivity and provide travelers with more options for seamless travel across continents.

Booking Availability

Passengers eager to experience the luxury and comfort of the Emirates A350 can book their flights starting Monday. This marks the beginning of a new era in air travel, where passengers can enjoy premium cabin options and unparalleled service across Emirates' expanding network of destinations.
