Ten projects totaling AED249 million make up the second phase, while three projects totaling AED100 million make up the third.

Strategic Axes:

The plan is aligned with six main axes:

  1. People happiness
  2. Quality digital services
  3. Data intelligence
  4. Integrated digital operations
  5. Excellence in asset management
  6. Innovation and partnerships
