The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announces the best version of government platforms
With the involvement of more than 134 thousand beneficiaries, the Digital Government Authority released the results of the Digital Experience Maturity Index for 2023. Overall, the index saw an increase of 80.68%.
It used four primary views to gauge the development of 24 digital platforms, namely:
satisfaction of the beneficiary.
user encounter.
- Responding to grievances.
tools and methods.
19 axes that measure various facets of the digital experience are located underneath these viewpoints.
Boost beneficiary contentment
He commended the Kingdom's progress in developing digital government platforms and their contribution to raising living standards, making it easier to conduct business, boosting competition, and running the government more effectively. It helped the Kingdom advance in terms of global indicators.
He emphasized that this shows that King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister—may God protect them—have lavished care and unlimited support on the digital government.
Interestingly, the Digital Government Authority declared the beginning of the second indicator cycle on March 14, 2023, which included an evaluation of 24 digital platforms as opposed to 12 in the previous process.
The overall index of digital experience maturity increased from 77.26% to 80.68% from the previous session.
In contrast to the 18,000 participants in the previous session, there were almost 134,000 participants in this session's evaluation of the platforms.

The Authority works to publish this indicator every year to establish communication with those who use digital government services, which advances the platforms' level of maturity, boosts the caliber of services delivered, and increases the strategic goals of the digital government.
