Heavy rain in UAE: residents warned of "hazardous weather"

The National Centre of Meteorology had earlier made a prediction that it would rain in these places, and it turned out that the prognosis was accurate as locations like as Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah were hit with a substantial amount of precipitation.

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) issued yellow and orange alerts, urging residents in these areas to avoid unnecessary outdoor activities due to the hazardous weather conditions. These alerts are essential to ensuring the safety of the public during adverse weather events.

In its Twitter posts, the NCM also mentioned cloud seeding, indicating an effort to enhance rainfall in specific regions. Cloud seeding is a weather modification technique used to induce precipitation and manage weather conditions.

On this rainy day, temperatures fluctuated, with lows of 21 oC and maximum temperatures reaching 41 oC.Such variations highlight the climatic diversity in the region, making the rain a significant and refreshing occurrence for residents.
